Digital preservation has advantages, but some people want something tangible. We help design and assemble physical time capsules using archival-grade materials resistant to decay.

How the Process Works

We ask questions to understand what you're hoping to achieve and whether the service you selected is the right fit. Sometimes people start thinking they want one thing and realize they need something else. That's normal.

Each service includes multiple touchpoints—checkpoints where you review progress and make adjustments. You're never locked into a direction that stops feeling right.

What Makes Our Approach Different

We don't use templates. We don't have a house style. Every project should sound like the person who commissioned it, not like us.

We also don't impose timelines beyond what's practical. Some people know immediately what they want to say. Others need months to excavate buried thoughts. Both are fine.

Technical Standards

For digital projects, we use archival formats with high compatibility: PDF/A for documents, FLAC for audio, H.265 for video. We avoid proprietary formats that might become obsolete.

For physical projects, we source acid-free paper, archival-quality inks, and containers rated for long-term storage. We don't cut corners on materials.

Everything includes redundancy. Digital files are stored in multiple locations. Physical items include documentation explaining their context.
