Each service is designed to help you articulate something that matters and preserve it for those who come after. Choose what fits your intention.
Personal Legacy Letter Writing
Work directly with a facilitator who helps you find language for thoughts you've carried without words. This isn't therapy and it isn't ghostwriting. It's structured conversation that leads to clarity.
We meet over three sessions—sometimes more if needed. The first session establishes what you're trying to say and why. The second explores the details. The third shapes it into something that will make sense decades from now.
You receive a finished document in multiple formats and consultation on preservation methods.
$445 CAD
Digital Time Capsule Creation
Text alone doesn't capture everything. This service includes written material, audio recordings, video clips, images, and documents—all organized in a secure, encrypted digital archive designed for long-term accessibility.
We handle the technical complexity. You focus on what to include. We provide guidance on file formats, redundancy, and access protocols that may survive technological change.
Includes cloud storage with scheduled integrity checks and migration to new formats as standards evolve.
$725 CAD
Family Heritage Documentation
Your family's history exists in fragments—stories your grandmother told, letters in an attic, photographs without context. This service weaves those fragments into a coherent narrative.
We interview family members, review documents and photos, research historical context, and produce a comprehensive family history that explains not just what happened but why it mattered.
Ideal for families who want to preserve multi-generational knowledge before it's lost. The process typically spans three to four months.
$1,350 CAD
Video Message Series Recording
Some messages work better spoken. Record yourself addressing specific people at specific moments—your children when they turn thirty, your partner after you're gone, your younger self if you could talk to them now.
We provide professional recording, editing, and secure storage. We help you structure what you want to say so it translates clearly. We handle the technical side so you can focus on the emotional work.
Includes up to four separate video messages, each edited and formatted for preservation.
$890 CAD
Physical Time Capsule Design & Assembly
Digital preservation has advantages, but some people want something tangible. We help design and assemble physical time capsules using archival-grade materials resistant to decay.
This includes consultation on what to include, selection of preservation materials, assembly of the capsule, and planning for the eventual opening ceremony.
We guide you through decisions about sealing methods, storage conditions, and documentation so future recipients understand the context.
$615 CAD
Group Legacy Project Coordination
Organizations, friend groups, communities—all have collective memory worth preserving. This service facilitates the creation of shared time capsules that honor multiple perspectives.
We manage the coordination: gathering contributions, ensuring everyone's voice is represented, resolving disputes about what to include, and producing a final product that feels cohesive without erasing differences.
Ideal for milestone events, organizational anniversaries, or communities facing change.
$2,180 CAD
How the Process Works
After you select a service, we schedule an initial consultation. This can be by phone, video call, or in person depending on your location and preference.
We ask questions to understand what you're hoping to achieve and whether the service you selected is the right fit. Sometimes people start thinking they want one thing and realize they need something else. That's normal.
Each service includes multiple touchpoints—checkpoints where you review progress and make adjustments. You're never locked into a direction that stops feeling right.
What Makes Our Approach Different
We don't use templates. We don't have a house style. Every project should sound like the person who commissioned it, not like us.
We also don't impose timelines beyond what's practical. Some people know immediately what they want to say. Others need months to excavate buried thoughts. Both are fine.
Our role is facilitation, not prescription. We ask questions, reflect back what we hear, and help you find clarity when things feel murky.
"The best legacy projects don't feel complete until the person doing them feels understood—by us, by themselves, and eventually by whoever opens what they've created."
Technical Standards
For digital projects, we use archival formats with high compatibility: PDF/A for documents, FLAC for audio, H.265 for video. We avoid proprietary formats that might become obsolete.
For physical projects, we source acid-free paper, archival-quality inks, and containers rated for long-term storage. We don't cut corners on materials.
Everything includes redundancy. Digital files are stored in multiple locations. Physical items include documentation explaining their context.
