Location and Accessibility

We're based in Victoria, British Columbia, but we work with clients across Canada. Most of our facilitation happens remotely via video calls, though we can arrange in-person sessions for clients in the Greater Victoria area.

For family heritage projects requiring interviews with multiple people in different locations, we coordinate travel as needed and include those costs transparently in project quotes.

How long does the process take?

It varies. Personal legacy letters typically require three to four weeks. Family heritage documentation can take three to four months. We work at the pace that suits your schedule and the depth of the project.

Can I make changes after the project is complete?

Yes. Many people want to add material years later or update existing content. We offer amendment services for all completed projects.

How do you ensure long-term preservation?

We use archival-grade materials for physical items and redundant digital storage with scheduled integrity checks for digital projects. We also provide guidance on independent backup methods you can implement yourself.

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. We sign confidentiality agreements for all projects. Your content is yours. We don't share it, excerpt it for promotional purposes, or discuss it with anyone outside our team without explicit permission.
